Refund policy

We want you to love your Lamubi. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Have no signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at helplamubi@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Lamubi arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos or videos of the issue

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
